Templatelite was previously a PR 2 site. In the last 3 months of active promotion, this site is now PR 6.

Harry, the one thing that I learn which is the most important when it comes to getting high PR is that you need natural backlinks from good sites regardless of their PR. Your PR will increase in the end.
For link exchange, I only approve sites that are at least PR 5.
My PR actually went down… from 2 to 1. But I haven’t been promoting it as actively either. I’m sure it will go up as I continue to push it.
My blog has gone from PR4 to PR3 to PR0 and is now PR2. I don’t think Google likes the fact that I write paid posts
