Theme User Guide Documentation

Starting from the Theater Room theme, you will find a user guide document as part of the theme files. The user guide contains general and important information about my themes. Currently, it contains the following items:
1) Theme license
2) Installation instruction
3) Header title customization
4) Main features
5) Theme upgrade
6) Theme support

The documentation will also be added to my older themes in the near future.
